• Supporting the Account Director
• Produce detailed specifications to internal and external clients
• Implement new methods and procedures as required
• Build and develop relationships with key stakeholders whilst delivering excellent customer service
• Monitoring projects to ensure they are delivered to specification, on time and in line with SLA’s

Key attributes required:

• Strong time management and prioritisation skill
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience working within an operational role
• Be able to demonstrate excellent customer service

• Numerate with a strong commercial understanding
