Account Manager | Print and POS | Brussels | Up to €45k plus Bonus

Global multi site marketing organisation with an impressive portfolio of clients across a wide range of industries renowned for their POS and print services, achieving multiple awards and accreditations.  With a commitment to sustainability, this is a business who works closely with their clients offering a consultative approach, helping them engage with consumers for unrivalled global marketing services.

As Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Taking briefs from the client including full specification details and deadline dates and manage from start to finish
• Suggest alternative options and innovation where possible
• Producing detailed specifications for internal and external clients Brief suppliers on client requirements
• Monitoring projects to ensure they are delivered to specification and on time
• Negotiating costings and timescales for each job and selecting the most appropriate supplier

Key attributes required:

• Experience in liaising directly with clients and advising on campaign print/promo is essential
• POS conceptual experience
• Account management experience, working within a contracted environment to strict SLAs (service level agreements) and KPIs (key performance indicators)
• Previous experience working in print management projects & client service
• Experience in troubleshooting unexpected project issues and implementing preventative measures is preferred
