Account Manager | POS and Promo | Work From Home | Up to £42k

As Account Manager you will be responsible for:

• Taking briefs from clients and ensuring requirements such as spec and critical dates are captured
• Producing detailed specifications for internal and external clients
• Coordinating marketing and commercial projects for 2D POS, promotional merchandise and branded items
• Monitoring projects to ensure they are delivered to specification, on time and in line with SLA’s
• Delivering excellent customer service to clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders

Key attributes required:

• Experience working within a client services environment directly engaging with clients
• Numerate with a strong commercial understanding
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong time management and prioritisation skills
• High level of attention to detail
• Work from home – occasional onsite client meeting in Reading
