Senior Director of Business Development | Print Management | UK & Europe | £110k-£125k – OTE £180k-£200k+

You will be responsible for:

  • Driving strategic business development initiatives across print management, marketing services, and communications solutions

  • Identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities with major national and global organisations

  • Building and maintaining senior-level relationships with key stakeholders, procurement teams, and board-level decision-makers

  • Leading complex sales cycles from initial engagement through to proposal development, negotiation, and contract completion

  • Developing and executing commercial growth strategies to increase revenue, profitability, and market share
