You will be responsible for:

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities across commercial print, packaging and related services

• Managing and growing a portfolio of existing customer accounts, building strong, long-term relationships

• Working closely with customers to understand their requirements and deliver tailored print solutions that add value

• Preparing quotations, negotiating commercial agreements and managing opportunities through the sales pipeline to completion

• Collaborating with internal production, design and customer service teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards

Key attributes required:

• Proven experience in business development or field sales, ideally within the print, packaging or manufacturing sectors

• A confident communicator with excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills

• A proactive and self-motivated approach, with a passion for identifying and securing new business opportunities

• Commercially minded, with the ability to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions

• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and prioritise effectively
