Sales Manager | Luxury Packaging | UK | Up to £80k + bonus

You will be responsible for:
Developing new business opportunities within luxury and premium brand sectors, identifying high-value prospects and converting them into long-term clients
Managing and growing existing key accounts, building strong relationships to maximise revenue, retention, and repeat business
Leading client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
Negotiating contracts, pricing, and commercial terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
Delivering against revenue targets and KPIs, with a focus on profitable growth
Key attributes required:
Proven track record of success in B2B sales, ideally within luxury packaging, print, or a related premium product sector
Excellent relationship-building skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders and decision-makers
Highly consultative sales approach with the ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions
Strong negotiation and influencing skills with the ability to close complex deals
Highly organised with great attention to detail
