You will be responsible for:

  • Developing new business opportunities within luxury and premium brand sectors, identifying high-value prospects and converting them into long-term clients

  • Managing and growing existing key accounts, building strong relationships to maximise revenue, retention, and repeat business

  • Leading client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations

  • Negotiating contracts, pricing, and commercial terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements

  • Delivering against revenue targets and KPIs, with a focus on profitable growth

 

Key attributes required:

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, ideally within luxury packaging, print, or a related premium product sector

  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders and decision-makers

  • Highly consultative sales approach with the ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions

  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills with the ability to close complex deals

  • Highly organised with great attention to detail
