A leading packaging supplier working with businesses of every size to solve their packaging challenges - from cost reduction and sustainability to logistics and customer experience. As they continue to grow, they are looking for a driven Sales Development Manager to build on that momentum. You'll join a well-established, supportive team with real investment in your development, a strong reputation in the market and genuine scope to shape your own success.


You will be responsible for:

• Identifying, targeting and winning new business opportunities across your territory

• Building strong, lasting relationships with prospective and existing customers across automotive, aerospace, engineering, medical and electronic sectors

• Understanding customer needs and recommending tailored packaging solutions

• Managing the full sales cycle, from initial approach through to negotiation and close

• Working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover and excellent customer experience

Key attributes required:

• Proven track record in packaging sales or business development

• Confident, personable communicator with strong relationship-building skills

• Ability to spot and convert opportunities

• Self-motivated and resilient, comfortable working towards targets

• Well organised with strong planning and time management skills
