You will be responsible for:

• Driving new business development across luxury retail, e-commerce and premium consumer markets

• Identifying and converting opportunities with brands, retailers and key decision-makers

• Developing long-term customer relationships through a consultative, solutions-led sales approach

• Working with design, technical and production partners to bring bespoke packaging concepts to market

• Managing the sales pipeline from initial prospecting and proposal through to negotiation and commercial conversion

Key attributes required:

• Proven new business development experience within packaging, print, retail or a related sector

• A strong track record of opening doors and converting new opportunities

• Commercially driven, ambitious and confident in developing your own market

• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills

• A creative, consultative approach with an interest in premium packaging, design and sustainability
