Project Manager | POS | East Midlands & North Home Counties| £40k-£45k

You will be responsible for:

• Managing the end-to-end delivery of temporary, permanent and semi-permanent POS projects, including print production, cardboard FSDUs, wood and metal displays, testing, transit, installation, procurement, production, shipping and billing

• Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional service, identify growth opportunities and develop effective production solutions

• Negotiating with suppliers to secure best value, drive efficiencies, reduce costs and maximise profitability while maintaining the highest quality standards

• Overseeing project schedules, production activities, vendor performance and installation programmes, ensuring on-time delivery while proactively managing risks, issues and changing priorities

• Maintaining accurate project documentation, procurement systems and administrative records, ensuring contractual compliance and supporting continuous improvement while travelling to client, supplier and company locations as required

Key attributes required:

• Experience managing the manufacture and print production process, including testing, logistics, transit, and installation

• Experience in print management and/or POS, with strong knowledge of POS materials, print production, and Free-Standing Display Units (FSDUs)

• Proven ability to build strong client, supplier, and vendor relationships, with experience negotiating costs, schedules, and delivering successful project outcomes

• Excellent organisational, project management, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and Google Workspace, combined with a proactive, commercially minded approach and a drive to achieve results
