You will be responsible for:
Managing the end-to-end delivery of temporary, permanent and semi-permanent POS projects, including print production, cardboard FSDUs, wood and metal displays, testing, transit, installation, procurement, production, shipping and billing
Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional service, identify growth opportunities and develop effective production solutions
Negotiating with suppliers to secure best value, drive efficiencies, reduce costs and maximise profitability while maintaining the highest quality standards
Overseeing project schedules, production activities, vendor performance and installation programmes, ensuring on-time delivery while proactively managing risks, issues and changing priorities
Maintaining accurate project documentation, procurement systems and administrative records, ensuring contractual compliance and supporting continuous improvement while travelling to client, supplier and company locations as required
Key attributes required:
Experience managing the manufacture and print production process, including testing, logistics, transit, and installation
Experience in print management and/or POS, with strong knowledge of POS materials, print production, and Free-Standing Display Units (FSDUs)
Proven ability to build strong client, supplier, and vendor relationships, with experience negotiating costs, schedules, and delivering successful project outcomes
Excellent organisational, project management, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and Google Workspace, combined with a proactive, commercially minded approach and a drive to achieve results
