Production Support Operative | Corrugated | North West | Up to £40k

One of the UK's leading packaging companies is entering an exciting new phase of growth and opening a brand new, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. This is a rare opportunity to help shape a site from the ground up, working alongside a new team to get cutting-edge production lines running smoothly and efficiently from the very start.


You will be responsible for:
  • Supporting machine operators to keep production running smoothly
  • Setting up tooling and handling end-of-line duties, including finished goods
  • Stacking, organising and preparing products for palletising
  • Keeping materials flowing to support continuous production
  • Flagging safety, maintenance or operational issues promptly


Key attributes required:
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is highly desirable
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage workflow under pressure
  • Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic
  • Clear and effective communicator within a production environment
  • Detail-focused with a strong adherence to procedures and safety standards
