You will be responsible for:

• Leading and motivating teams across production, warehouse and logistics, setting clear expectations, driving accountability and creating a positive, high-performing working environment
• Overseeing day-to-day operational activities across production, warehouse and logistics, ensuring productivity, output, and performance targets are consistently achieved while meeting customer requirements
• Championing health and safety standards, ensuring safe working practices are understood and followed at all times
• Driving quality and continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to reduce waste, improve processes and increase productivity
• Monitoring performance and resolving operational issues, working closely with colleagues across the business to minimise downtime and keep production on track

Key attributes required:

• A confident people leader who can motivate, coach and get the best from a production team
• Production or manufacturing experience, ideally within packaging, FMCG, print, or a similar fast-paced environment
• A strong problem-solver who stays calm under pressure and is comfortable making decisions
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain high standards
• A collaborative and team-oriented approach, with the confidence to influence, guide and support others
