Production Supervisor | Corrugated Packaging | Leicestershire | £45k-£50k

You will be responsible for:

• Supervising day-to-day production operations to ensure output, quality, and delivery targets are achieved

• Leading, motivating, and developing production teams to drive performance and engagement

• Monitoring production schedules and allocating resources to maximise efficiency and minimise downtime

• Ensuring all products meet quality standards and customer specifications

• Promoting and maintaining a strong health, safety, and environmental culture across the production floor

Key attributes required:

• Proven experience supervising production within a corrugated packaging or manufacturing environment

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and manage high-performing teams

• Excellent knowledge of corrugated packaging manufacturing processes and production workflows

• Strong understanding of health, safety, quality, and environmental standards
