You will be responsible for:

• Coordinating the flow of materials across the site, ensuring materials are available at the right time and place to support continuous and efficient production operations

• Overseeing goods-in, staging and dispatch activities, ensuring incoming and outgoing goods are handled accurately and dispatched in line with operational and customer requirements

• Maintaining accurate stock control, monitoring inventory levels, supporting stock accuracy and ensuring materials and goods are effectively managed throughout the operation

• Leading and supporting Warehouse Operators, planning daily workloads, setting priorities and ensuring activities are completed safely, efficiently and to the required standards

• Working closely with Production to maintain operational alignment, responding to changing priorities, coordinating material requirements and supporting warehouse activities, including the safe operation of forklift trucks when required

Key attributes required:

• Proven experience within warehouse, logistics and manufacturing environments

• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to support and motivate others while setting clear expectations and driving team performance

• A solid understanding of stock control, material handling and dispatch processes, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency and maintaining smooth operational flow

• Experience using production or warehouse management systems, with the confidence to use operational data to manage workloads, priorities and support effective decision-making

• A confident and accountable approach, with the ability to make decisions and take ownership of operational performance
