You will be responsible for:

• Operating production equipment safely and efficiently, following agreed processes and working to achieve daily production targets

• Monitoring production throughout the manufacturing process, identifying issues quickly and helping to keep quality, output and efficiency on track

• Carrying out quality checks on finished products, ensuring they meet required specifications and reporting any defects or concerns

• Preparing materials and supporting production changeovers, helping to minimise downtime and maintain a smooth, continuous production flow

• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment, following health and safety procedures and contributing to continuous improvement across the production area

Key attributes required:

• Operating production equipment safely and efficiently, following agreed processes and working to achieve daily production and performance targets

• Monitoring production throughout the manufacturing process, identifying and troubleshooting mechanical or quality issues to minimise downtime and keep production running smoothly

• Carrying out quality checks on finished products, ensuring they meet required specifications and taking appropriate action where defects or quality concerns are identified

• Preparing materials and supporting production changeovers, ensuring efficient transitions between jobs and maintaining a smooth, continuous production flow

• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment, following health and safety procedures and actively supporting continuous improvement across the production area
