You will be responsible for:

• Operating printing machinery safely and efficiently, setting up equipment to meet job specifications and production requirements

• Delivering exceptional print quality by monitoring colour, registration, consistency and finish throughout each production run

• Preparing for each job by making sure the correct materials, inks, tooling and machine settings are ready for production

• Keeping production moving by identifying print or machine issues, making adjustments and carrying out routine checks to minimise downtime and waste

• Maintaining high standards by completing quality checks, keeping accurate production records and ensuring a clean, safe and organised working environment

Key attributes required:

• Experienced in operating printing machinery within a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment

• Detail-focused, with a keen eye for accuracy, consistency and producing high-quality work

• Technically confident, with the ability to set up machinery, make adjustments and troubleshoot day-to-day production issues

• Quality and safety conscious, with a commitment to following procedures and maintaining excellent standards
