You will be responsible for:

• Operating and setting up finishing equipment including die cutting, foiling, laminating and folding/gluing machinery

• Carrying out quality checks throughout the finishing process

• Interpreting job specifications and artwork instructions accurately

• Routine maintenance, cleaning and troubleshooting of machinery to minimise downtime

• Working closely with the production team to keep jobs moving efficiently and meet delivery deadlines

Key attributes required:

• Hands-on experience in a print or packaging production environment is essential

• Brilliant attention to detail and a commitment to quality

• Confidence working with and maintaining mechanical finishing equipment

• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing job priorities

• A team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
