Operations Manager | Packaging | Derbyshire | Up to £70k

You will be responsible for:

• Leading day-to-day manufacturing operations to ensure safe, efficient, and on-time production

• Managing production, planning, warehousing, and logistics activities to achieve operational targets

• Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and cost performance

• Monitoring KPIs and implementing action plans to improve operational performance

• Leading, motivating, and developing production teams to achieve business objectives

Key attributes required:

• Proven experience leading operations within a packaging or manufacturing environment

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and inspire high-performing teams

• Excellent knowledge of production planning, continuous improvement, and lean manufacturing principles

• Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, costs, and operational performance

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
