Operations Manager | Flexible Packaging | Derbyshire| Up to £70k

You will be responsible for:

• Overseeing day-to-day production operations to ensure safety, quality, efficiency and delivery targets are achieved

• Leading, motivating and developing production teams to drive performance and accountability

• Managing production schedules, workloads and priorities to meet customer requirements and deadlines

• Driving continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce waste and improve productivity

• Monitoring operational KPIs and implementing actions to improve performance

Key attributes required:

• Proven experience in an Operations Manager or senior production leadership role within flexible packaging or a similar manufacturing environment

• Strong knowledge of production processes, ideally including flexographic printing, lamination, and conversion

• A hands-on, proactive leadership style with the ability to motivate and develop teams

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment

• A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on efficiency, waste reduction, and productivity
