You will be responsible for:

• Leading manufacturing operations to achieve world-class standards in safety, quality, delivery, and cost

• Driving continuous improvement initiatives across production

• Creating a high-performance culture focused on accountability, engagement, and operational excellence

• Developing systems, processes, and talent that support sustainable growth and manufacturing efficiency

• Building capability plans to strengthen leadership effectiveness and operational performance

Key attributes required:

• 2+ years of leadership experience within manufacturing operations, ideally in flexible packaging

• Proven experience leading lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives

• Strong experience coaching others and developing operational capability

• Demonstrated success improving productivity, quality, waste reduction, and operational efficiency

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
