Operations Manager | Flexible Packaging | South West England | Up to £50k

You will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing end-to-end manufacturing operations across print, lamination, and finishing departments

  • Driving operational performance to achieve production, quality, cost, and delivery targets

  • Managing and developing production teams, including supervisors and team leaders

  • Managing production planning and coordinating with supply chain to meet customer demand

  • Leading problem-solving activities to reduce downtime, waste, and defects

 

Key attributes required:

  • In-depth understanding of flexible packaging processes, including print, lamination, and finishing
