Operations Manager | Flexible Packaging | South West England | Up to £50k

You will be responsible for:
Overseeing end-to-end manufacturing operations across print, lamination, and finishing departments
Driving operational performance to achieve production, quality, cost, and delivery targets
Managing and developing production teams, including supervisors and team leaders
Managing production planning and coordinating with supply chain to meet customer demand
Leading problem-solving activities to reduce downtime, waste, and defects
Key attributes required:
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and manage high-performing teams
In-depth understanding of flexible packaging processes, including print, lamination, and finishing
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities in a fast-paced environment
Proactive and hands-on approach to leadership and operational challenges
