You will be responsible for:

• Maintaining operational performance by carrying out reactive maintenance, diagnosing faults and completing timely, effective repairs

• Performing planned preventative maintenance to improve equipment reliability, efficiency and overall performance while reducing the risk of unexpected breakdowns

• Driving long-term reliability by conducting root cause analysis on major breakdowns, identifying recurring issues and implementing lasting improvements

• Supporting new equipment through installation, commissioning and optimisation, helping ensure machinery delivers safe, reliable and efficient performance from day one

• Maintaining high engineering standards by keeping accurate maintenance records, following health and safety requirements and collaborating closely with production teams to support a safe, efficient and high-performing operation

Key attributes required:

• Experienced and technically skilled, with a strong background in maintenance or reliability engineering within a manufacturing or production environment

• A natural problem-solver, confident in fault finding, troubleshooting and getting to the root cause of equipment issues

• Proactive and improvement-focused, always looking for ways to increase reliability, efficiency and machine performance

• Safety and quality conscious, with a disciplined approach to engineering standards, procedures and safe working practices
