You will be responsible for:

  • Operating lithographic printing presses to produce high-quality labels and packaging in line with customer specifications

  • Setting up and preparing print jobs, ensuring correct substrates, inks, plates, and tooling are used

  • Monitoring print quality throughout production runs, maintaining colour consistency, register accuracy, and overall print standards

  • Conducting colour matching and density checks to ensure compliance with customer requirements

  • Performing routine maintenance and cleaning of printing equipment to ensure optimum performance and reliability

 

Key attributes required:

  • Demonstrable expertise in operating and optimising lithographic printing equipment to achieve exceptional print quality

  • Good understanding of colour management, density control, and print standards

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Ability to identify and resolve print and machine-related issues efficiently

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight production deadlines
