You will be responsible for:

• Running litho presses to produce high-quality carton packaging

• Carrying out colour matching, plate fitting and press adjustments to achieve consistent print quality

• Monitoring print runs for defects, adjusting registration, ink density and finish as needed

• Carrying out routine press maintenance and troubleshooting mechanical or print quality issues

• Completing quality checks and production paperwork in line with health, safety and quality standards

Key attributes required:

• Proven experience operating litho presses in a fast-paced production environment

• Strong attention to detail

• Good mechanical aptitude and confidence troubleshooting press issues

• Ability to follow strict quality procedures

• A reliable, team-oriented approach with the flexibility to work shifts
