You'll be operating modern LED UV litho presses on large-volume runs for blue-chip clients, surrounded by a team where quality and craftsmanship come first. You will be responsible for:

• Operating litho printing presses to a consistently high standard

• Working closely with pre-press and finishing teams to meet quality standards and deadlines

• Managing print runs, ensuring accuracy, colour consistency and minimal wastage

• Carrying out routine press checks, adjustments and maintenance to keep production running smoothly

• Monitoring stock and flagging any issues that could affect production schedules

Key attributes required:

• Proven experience operating litho presses in a print or packaging environment

• A sharp eye for detail and colour accuracy

• Takes pride in producing consistently high-quality and sustainable print

• Strong technical knowledge of press mechanics, plate setting and colour control

• Thrives in a fast-paced production environment
