You will be responsible for:

• Operating and maintaining large format digital printers to produce high-quality graphics across a range of substrates

• Preparing, calibrating and colour-matching print jobs to ensure consistent results

• Managing print schedules to meet deadlines and client expectations

• Carrying out routine maintenance and troubleshooting to keep machinery running smoothly

• Working closely with the design and installation teams to ensure a seamless process

Key attributes required:

• Proven experience operating large format digital printers (e.g. UV flatbed, roll-to-roll)

• Strong attention to detail and a genuine pride in producing high-quality work

• Good understanding of substrates, inks and print finishing techniques

• A reliable, hands-on team player with a can-do attitude

• Ability to manage multiple jobs and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
