Hand Finisher | Large Format Graphics | Hertfordshire| Up to £35k

Working across a wide range of materials and applications, the team delivers everything from retail displays and exhibition stands to promotional graphics, signage, and bespoke branded environments.

You will be responsible for:

• Finishing and preparing large-format graphics, retail displays, POS materials, and signage, with a strong focus on accurate vinyl application and high-quality presentation standards

• Operating and maintaining finishing equipment, including laminators, cutters, trimmers, and mounting machinery

• Applying self-adhesive vinyl graphics to a variety of substrates with accuracy and attention to detail

• Interpreting job sheets and production instructions to ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently

• Conducting quality inspections throughout the production process to ensure finished products meet required standards

Key attributes required:

• Previous experience within large-format print, graphics finishing, signage, POS, or display production environments

• Strong hands-on experience applying self-adhesive vinyl to a variety of substrates and surfaces

• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality finished work

• Good understanding of finishing processes, including laminating, mounting, trimming, cutting, and assembly

• Ability to interpret job sheets, production instructions, and artwork specifications accurately
