Gluing Operator | Cartons | Cambridgeshire | Up to £40k

You will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of production and finishing quality across a wide range of premium carton styles. Working within a fast-paced production environment, you will be responsible for machine set-up, operation, troubleshooting, and maintaining exceptional quality standards while meeting demanding production deadlines. You will be responsible for:

• Operating and setting up gluing machines across multiple carton styles

• Maintaining high levels of quality and attention to detail

• Troubleshooting machine and production issues efficiently

• Working to tight deadlines within a fast-paced environment

• Supporting and communicating effectively with the wider production team

Key attributes required:

• Previous experience operating gluing machinery within the packaging industry

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload effectively

• Experience with Bobst or similar gluing equipment would be advantageous
