You will be responsible for:

• Setting up and operating carton gluing machines to achieve production targets

• Carrying out quality inspections throughout production to ensure accuracy and consistency

• Monitoring machine performance and making adjustments to optimise efficiency and output

• Reading and interpreting job specifications and production documentation

• Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve production schedules and customer deadlines

Key attributes required:

• Previous experience operating folder gluer machines within a carton packaging or print environment

• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality finished products

• Ability to identify and resolve machine or quality issues quickly and effectively

• Strong mechanical aptitude with confidence carrying out machine set-ups and adjustments

• Quality-focused with a proactive approach to reducing waste and maximising efficiency
