You will be responsible for:

• Setting up and operating folder gluer machinery to produce high-quality finished packaging

• Running and monitoring machinery throughout production, making adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency

• Checking specifications, materials, folds and glue application to ensure each job meets the required standards

• Carrying out quality checks throughout production, identifying defects and resolving issues quickly to minimise downtime and waste

• Maintaining machinery and completing routine checks while working safely and supporting an efficient production environment

Key attributes required:

• Previous experience operating folder gluer machinery within carton, print or packaging production

• Strong mechanical awareness with the confidence to set, adjust and troubleshoot production equipment

• Excellent attention to detail with a genuine commitment to producing high-quality work

• A proactive and reliable approach with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

• A positive team-focused attitude with the flexibility to support changing production requirements
