You will be responsible for:

• Operating across multiple print and finishing departments, including flexo, litho, slitting, plate-making, and warehouse operations to support production requirements

• Setting up, operating, and maintaining print machinery, while monitoring colour, registration, and print quality to ensure consistent, high-quality output

• Completing machine changeovers, wash-ups, plate changes, and basic troubleshooting to maximise efficiency and minimise downtime

• Supporting finishing, slitting, and plate preparation activities, including inspection, rewinding, cleaning, mounting, and quality control

• Maintaining accurate production records, following health and safety procedures, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure an efficient workflow across all departments

Key attributes required:

• Proven experience within a print manufacturing environment, ideally with exposure to flexographic, lithographic, and other print production processes

• Strong technical knowledge of print setup, colour management, registration, and the operation of print, finishing, slitting, and plate-making equipment

• A mechanically minded, hands-on approach with the ability to troubleshoot equipment and carry out basic maintenance

• A flexible and adaptable attitude, with the ability to support multiple departments and respond to changing production demands

• Excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, a team-focused mindset, and the willingness to work permanent night shifts
