You will be responsible for: 

• Setting up and operating flexo printing presses to produce high-quality flexible packaging

• Preparing presses for production, including mounting printing plates, setting ink systems, and adjusting machine parameters

• Achieving accurate colour matching and maintaining print quality throughout production runs

• Carrying out quality inspections to ensure colour consistency, print registration, and compliance with specifications

• Identifying and resolving print or machine issues to minimise downtime and material waste

Key attributes required:

• Previous experience operating flexo presses within a flexible packaging manufacturing environment

• Strong knowledge of flexo printing processes, print quality standards, and colour management

• Ability to read and interpret production specifications, job tickets, and technical drawings

• Experience with print set-ups, machine changeovers, and troubleshooting printing faults

• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work
