You will be responsible for:

• Setting up and operating flexographic printing presses to produce high-quality flexible packaging products

• Monitoring print quality throughout production runs to ensure colour consistency and accuracy to customer specifications

• Preparing inks, plates, sleeves, and substrates for production jobs

• Adjusting machine settings to optimise print performance, efficiency, and waste reduction

• Conducting quality checks and inspecting finished products to maintain company and customer standards

Key attributes required:

• Strong experience operating flexographic printing presses within a flexible packaging environment

• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on print quality and colour consistency

• Good technical understanding of flexographic print processes, inks, substrates, and machine setup

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve machine or print issues efficiently

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple jobs and meet production deadlines
