You will be responsible for:

• Setting up and operating flexographic printing presses to achieve high-quality output

• Preparing plates, inks, and substrates in line with job specifications

• Monitoring print quality throughout runs, making adjustments to maintain colour accuracy and registration

• Conducting routine press checks and ensuring consistency across production

• Working closely with colleagues and supervisors to support efficient workflow and continuous improvement
