You will be responsible for:

• Setting up and running 9-colour UV flexo presses

• Preparing and fitting printing plates, inks, substrates and ancillary equipment

• Maintaining colour accuracy, precise registration and adherence to customer specifications

• Conducting quality checks and keeping accurate production documentation

• Spotting and resolving issues quickly to keep downtime and delays to a minimum

Key attributes required:

• Background in flexo printing within labels and/or flexible packaging

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage workload priorities

• A keen eye for detail

• Comfortable working to tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment

• A genuine commitment to health & safety and high production standards
