Through continued investment in advanced technology, including 9-colour UV flexographic presses, inline lamination systems, and pharmaceutical-grade inspection equipment, they remain at the forefront of packaging innovation.

You will be responsible for:

• Setting up and operating 9-colour UV flexo presses to achieve optimum production performance
• Preparing and installing printing plates, inks, substrates, and ancillary equipment
• Ensuring colour consistency, registration accuracy, and compliance with customer specifications throughout production runs
• Carrying out quality inspections and maintaining accurate production records
• Identifying, troubleshooting and resolving issues to minimise downtime, waste, and production delays

Key attributes required:

• Experience in flexographic printing for labels and/or flexible packaging
• Organised and able to prioritise workload effectively
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Committed to health & safety and maintaining high production standards
