Field Service Engineer | Print Machinery | Midlands | Up to £60k

As a Service Engineer, you'll combine technical expertise with problem-solving skills to keep customers' equipment performing at its best. From diagnosing faults and carrying out preventative maintenance to installing new systems and delivering exceptional customer service, you'll play a key role in helping businesses stay productive.  


You will be responsible for:

• Installing a range of industry-leading print and finishing equipment

• Diagnosing technical faults and finding solutions to reduce downtime and maintain productivity

• Offering advice and providing technical support to customers

• Keeping up to date with printing technology as it continues to evolve

• Regularly travelling the UK to customer sites

Key attributes required:

• Minimum Level 3 in mechanical and/or electrical engineering

• Natural problem-solver with strong analytical skills

• A customer-focused approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and under pressure

• Willingness to learn new technologies and develop technical expertise
