You will be responsible for:

• Installing, commissioning, and servicing a wide range of print and finishing equipment at customer sites

• Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and software faults to minimise machine downtime

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance to ensure equipment operates at peak performance

• Providing technical support and operator training to customers following installations and service visits

• Responding promptly to breakdowns and service calls, delivering effective solutions within agreed timescales

Key attributes required:

• Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer, ideally within the print, finishing, or packaging machinery industry

• Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently

• Experience installing, servicing, and maintaining print or finishing equipment in a customer-facing environment

• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships

• A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to manage your own workload and work independently
