As a Field Service Engineer, you'll play a key part in driving the company's expansion throughout the UK. You'll work directly with advanced, high-value equipment, receive continuous training from manufacturers, and gain the opportunity to develop genuine expertise within a specialist, expanding sector of the print industry.


You will be responsible for:

• Carrying out installations, planning maintenance, and breakdown repairs on large format printers at customer sites across the South East

• Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults efficiently to get customers back up and running with minimal downtime

• Providing clear technical support and guidance to customers, both on-site and remotely

• Keeping accurate service records and job reports using internal systems

• Building strong working relationships with customers, acting as a trusted technical point of contact

Key attributes required:

• A recognised qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering

• Proven field service or technical support experience, ideally with capital equipment or industrial machinery

• Strong fault-finding skills across mechanical and electrical systems

• A full, clean UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly

• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude
