Working from a modern production facility, you'll play a key role in delivering accurate, competitive quotations while collaborating with clients, suppliers, and production teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and successfully.

You will be responsible for:

• Producing accurate and competitive estimates for litho, digital, and large format print projects

• Liaising with suppliers to obtain pricing for materials, outsourced processes, and specialist services

• Working closely with sales, account management, and production teams to ensure quotations are commercially viable and operationally achievable

• Managing multiple enquiries simultaneously while meeting quotation deadlines

• Identifying opportunities to improve margins and deliver cost-effective solutions for clients

Key attributes required:

• Previous estimating experience within the commercial print, packaging, signage, or large format print sector

• Strong understanding of print production processes, materials, finishing techniques, and manufacturing costs

• Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workloads and work accurately under pressure

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and customers
