You will be responsible for:

• Operating and maintaining die cutting machinery to produce packaging to exact specifications

• Reading and interpreting technical drawings, cutting dies and job specifications accurately

• Carrying out quality checks throughout the production run, identifying and resolving defects promptly

• Maintaining accurate production records and reporting any machine faults or maintenance needs

• Working collaboratively with colleagues to meet production targets

Key attributes required:

• Proven experience operating die cutting or similar packaging finishing equipment

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to consistent quality

• A practical, hands-on approach to problem-solving

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Flexible and reliable, with a positive attitude towards a fast-paced manufacturing environment
