You will be responsible for:

  • Setting up and operating die cutting machinery to produce carton packaging to required specifications

  • Reading and interpreting job sheets, technical drawings, and cutting formes to ensure accuracy

  • Monitoring machine performance and making adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency

  • Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer requirements

  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality

 

Key attributes required:

  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and high-quality output

  • Proven experience operating die cutting machinery within carton or packaging environments

  • Good technical understanding of materials, cutting formes, and production processes

  • Ability to read and interpret job sheets and technical drawings

  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively across production functions
