You will be responsible for:

• Setting up and operating cut and crease machinery to produce high-quality carton packaging

• Producing work in line with customer specifications, quality standards, and production schedules

• Monitoring product quality throughout production, carrying out regular quality checks and adjustments

• Accurately reading and interpreting job specifications, production documentation, and technical drawings

• Performing routine machine maintenance and ensuring equipment is kept in excellent working condition

Key attributes required:

• Proven experience operating cut and crease machinery within the carton packaging or print industry

• Strong understanding of cartonboard materials, tooling, and die-cutting processes

• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work

• Ability to read and interpret job specifications and technical documentation

• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to identify and resolve machine issues
