You will be responsible for:

• Securing new business across corrugated packaging, building a strong sales pipeline

• Developing and nurturing key accounts to understand their evolving packaging needs

• Working with design and technical teams to develop tailored packaging solutions

• Leading commercial negotiations and contract agreements to secure profitable partnerships

• Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth areas

Key attributes required:

• Proven track record in business development, ideally within packaging

• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to convert opportunities into lasting partnerships

• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills, with confidence at senior stakeholder level

• Genuine interest in sustainability and innovation

• Self-motivated and target-driven, comfortable working autonomously
