You will be responsible for:

• Leading the overall operational strategy, ensuring the business delivers against its commercial, customer and financial objectives

• Driving operational performance to improve efficiency, productivity and profitability across the business

• Leading and developing senior operational teams to build a high-performing culture

• Working closely with the executive team to translate strategic priorities into clear plans and measurable outcomes

• Overseeing performance across production, service delivery, quality, health and safety and customer commitments

Key attributes required:

• Proven experience operating at COO, Operations Director or equivalent executive level within a complex, multi-site organisation

• Strong track record of leading large operational teams and delivering measurable improvements in efficiency, quality and profitability

• Commercially astute, with the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational leadership

• Inspirational people leader who develops senior teams and builds a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the credibility to influence at board and executive level
