You will be responsible for:

• Setting up and operating casemaking machinery to produce high-quality corrugated packaging in line with production requirements

• Monitoring production and carrying out quality checks, identifying and addressing any issues to maintain consistently high standards

• Completing routine machine checks and basic maintenance, reporting faults and supporting the smooth running of production equipment

• Working safely and efficiently to achieve production targets, following all health, safety and operational procedures

• Supporting continuous improvement, including maintaining a clean and organised working environment and identifying opportunities to improve productivity and reduce waste

Key attributes required:

• Previous experience operating casemaking, converting or similar manufacturing machinery, ideally within the corrugated packaging industry

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing consistently high-quality work

• A good understanding of health and safety within a manufacturing or production environment

• A reliable, proactive and hands-on approach, with the ability to solve problems and work effectively under pressure

• A strong team player who communicates well and is willing to support colleagues to achieve production goals
