Business Development Manager | Publishing | UK | Up to £55k
We are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Business Development Manager to grow the book publishing and premium print division.
The role focuses on generating new business, building strategic client relationships, and expanding the company’s presence across publishing, creative, education, arts, and luxury sectors. You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching through to negotiation and account growth, helping position the company as a leading partner for premium book production and specialist print services.
You will be responsible for:
Identifying and developing new business opportunities withinthe publishing sector
Building and maintaining strong relationships with publishers, designers, authors, print buyers, and creative decision-makers
Promoting the company’s premium publishing capabilities
Developing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and margin targets
Monitor publishing and print industry trends to identify emerging market opportunities
Key attributes required:
