Business Development Manager | Packaging Machinery | UK | £50k-£60k + OTE
A well-established business within the packaging machinery sector, specialising in delivering innovative printing and converting solutions to customers across the corrugated and packaging industries. With a strong reputation for quality, technical expertise, and customer support, the company works closely with manufacturers to provide tailored machinery solutions that improve efficiency, productivity, and print performance.
You will be responsible for:
Identifying and developing new business opportunities through market research, lead generation and proactive business development activities
Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients to understand customer requirements, strengthen partnerships, and support long-term business growth
Managing the full sales process from initial enquiry and prospecting through to negotiation, closing deals, and post-sale account support
Preparing detailed quotations in line with customer specifications and company objectives
Supporting revenue growth by achieving sales targets and driving profitable business across the customer base
