You will be responsible for:
Building and managing a strong pipeline of prospective clients and projects
Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with key customers, retailers, and brand owners
Generating leads through networking, market research, and industry engagement
Presenting creative packaging and POS concepts tailored to client needs
Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through to negotiation and close
Key attributes required:
A strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify and convert opportunities into revenue
Proven experience in sales within packaging, POS, or a related manufacturing environment
A creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative packaging and POS solutions
Effective negotiation skills with the ability to secure profitable agreements
High attention to detail when preparing proposals, pricing, and project briefs
