You will be responsible for:

  • Building and managing a strong pipeline of prospective clients and projects

  • Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with key customers, retailers, and brand owners

  • Generating leads through networking, market research, and industry engagement

  • Presenting creative packaging and POS concepts tailored to client needs

  • Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through to negotiation and close

 

Key attributes required:

  • A strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify and convert opportunities into revenue

  • Proven experience in sales within packaging, POS, or a related manufacturing environment

  • A creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative packaging and POS solutions

  • Effective negotiation skills with the ability to secure profitable agreements
