Business Development Manager | Luxury Packaging | UK | Up to £65k

Be part of a multi-award-winning luxury packaging house creating standout experiences for globally recognised spirits, beauty, and premium gifting brands. You'll work on high-profile launches from concept to production, collaborate with a passionate team and help shape innovative, sustainable solutions as part of a certified B Corp.


You will be responsible for:
  • Sourcing and winning new business opportunities within the premium spirits market
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with brand owners, distributors and key industry stakeholders
  • Delivering commercial strategies that achieve sales and growth targets
  • Collaborating with internal teams to create tailored solutions that meet client objectives
  • Identifying emerging market trends and translating insights into new business opportunities

Key attributes required:
  • Proven track record in sales within the wines, spirits or premium FMCG sectors
  • Excellent relationship-building and networking skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders and global brand owners
  • Understanding of client needs and working collaboratively to develop innovative, value-added packaging solutions
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage a pipeline of opportunities
  • Strong commercial awareness and can deliver results in a competitive premium market
