You will be responsible for:

• Identifying and securing new business opportunities across large-format print, graphics and visual communications

• Building a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking and relationship development

• Developing long-term partnerships with new and existing clients, identifying opportunities to increase account value

• Working closely with project, production and creative teams to develop commercially strong solutions around client briefs

• Managing opportunities from initial conversation through to negotiation and close, consistently working towards revenue targets

Key attributes required:

• Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within large-format print, signage, graphics, POS or a related creative sector

• Strong new business mentality with the confidence and determination to open doors and win opportunities

• Excellent relationship-building, communication and negotiation skills

• Commercially focused with the ability to understand client requirements and turn them into profitable solutions

• Ambitious, proactive and self-motivated, with the drive to take ownership of opportunities and deliver results
